Limerick FC 2 Bray Wanderers 8

Bray powered their way into the LOI Academy MU17 Plate final with Flynn Ryan registering a treble.
Leading 4-0 at the interval last Sunday at Charleville AFC, Wanderers ran out decisive 8-2 winners against Limerick.
Despite playing some excellent football, six of the Seagulls goals came from set pieces.
The opening score goal came within the first minute of the game.
A corner whipped in from the right found Albie Tormey Murphy. His original header was saved. Max Free kept the ball alive and Tormey Murphy was on hand to score.
The restart was delayed due to a serious injury to the home goalkeeper Ryan O'Carroll in the build up to the goal. He had to be substituted and replaced by reserve netminder Jakub Drzymala.
It wasn’t until the 37th minute that the Wicklow team doubled their lead.
Some great play down the left flank led to Ryan Owens driving a cross to the front post with Romeo Fomenky tapping in.
The third came from another corner in the 41st minute. This time, the ball came to Luke Burke, who scored in for his first goal for the Seasiders.
Flynn Ryan added the fourth goal from the penalty spot right on half time after a mazy dribble from Leon Creighton led to him being fouled in the Limerick box.
The Green and White’s made it 5-0 ten minutes into the second half.
Owens won the ball high in the Shannonsiders half. He drove into the box before passing into the bottom left corner of the goal.
Burke then added his second of the contest with 20 minutes to go, again slotting in from a corner.
Flynn Ryan added to the tally in the 73rd minute.
Owens was brought down in a wide left position. Ryan thundered the free kick in off the right upright – making it 15 goals in all competition this season for the both the U17 and U20 sides of the club.
Limerick kept attacking and pulled back two consolation goals through Enot Iwinosa Ogbebor Egharevba (80) and then Caleb Darcy McNamara (82).
But Flynn Ryan had the final say in the 86th minute, completing his hat-trick in style with another stunning free kick.
