Bray Wanderers 0 Longford Town 1
Bray fell to a home defeat to Longford by a solitary goal in the EA SPORTS MU17 League of Ireland Tier 2 North.
The Midlanders found the net midway through the opening period to leave the Carlisle Grounds on Sunday afternoon with all three points.
Despite the hosts being in control of the ball for most of the game, the ‘Town defended resolutely and were dangerous on the counter attack.

Ignacio Gonzalez reacted quickest for the away side and jinked into the box. His shot was saved by Wanderers goalkeeper Jamie Dalton. But Cillian Spollen was on hand to tap in the rebound.
The Green and White’s had a few chances in the first half - Jamie Lynch coming closest, shooting over from just inside the box.
