Waterford FC 3 Bray Wanderers 0

Two late goals saw Bray fall to a first U15 EA SPORTS LOI Academy Phase 2 – Tier Two (South) defeat.
Having taken seven points from their unbeaten first three outings in the section, the Green and White’s lost 3-0 to Waterford at the SETU Arena on Saturday afternoon.
That’s despite the visitors having long periods of possession. But they came up against an organised and disciplined Blue’s outfit.
After a score-less first third of 30 minutes of action, a swift counter-attack by the hosts saw them earn a penalty midway through the second third. Ryan Butler converted the 45th minute spot-kick.
The contest was nip and tuck until the 75th minute when a defensive mix-up by the away side saw substitute Bobby Keohan roll the ball to the net.
Another swift break saw Munster team notch a third score in the 85th minute through Orion Cala who drilled in at the near post.

Bray Wanderers: Jamie Dalton; Emanuele Vaticone, Adeyemi Raphael Odogiyan, Jack Lawless, Carlsen Sadilua; Jamie Lynch, Sean Howard, Karl Ralph, Charlie Quinn; Charlie Byrne, Etan Kelly.

Cobh Ramblers picked up their first victory by beating Klub Kildare 2-1 at the Stephen Ireland Astro.
