Klub Kildare 1 Bray Wanderers 1

For the third time this season, Bray played out a draw with Klub Kildare.
Back in April, the teams shared the U15 EA Sports LOI Group B points after 5-5 then 3-3 stalemates.
At the FBD Hotels and Resorts Park on Saturday afternoon, it ended with honours even again in the EA SPORTS LOI Academy Phase 2 – Tier Two (South).
The first third of 30 minutes was an even contest. The home side hit the post. Despite that, the visitors grew into the game.
Kildare took the lead midway through the middle third.
A Benjamin Iwegbu free kick on the edge of the box was saved by Jamie Dalton. However, the rebound fell to Jack Ralph who finished to the net.
Wanderers equalised in the 71st minute. Midfielder Louis Rothwell cut in from the left wing and drilled low to the net.
The Seasiders then had chances go a begging when pushing for the winner in the closing stages.
Charlie Byrne shot over from 12 yards having done brilliantly to turn and get away from a home defender.
Sub Etan Kelly hit the near post from ten yards. He also had a high drive saved brilliantly. That was all before Oisin Kennedy was denied in a one-on-one chance late on.
