Dundalk 4 Bray Wanderers 0

Bray suffered their first EA SPORTS MU15 League of Ireland Tier 2 North away loss when going down to Dundalk last Wednesday.
Earlier this month, the young Seagull succumbed to the Lilywhites in the last 16 of the Michael Hayes Cup at Oriel Park.
Back at the same venue, the concession of two early goals cost the Wicklow side.
The hosts broke the deadlock in the fifth minute when Ratson Takudzwa Dube finished off Jamie Donnan’s cross.
That lead was doubled in the 12th minute when Donnan finished well from just inside the box.
Bray’s chances off a comeback were diminished in the 56th minute when a visiting player was dismissed for a second bookable offence.
The ten men did put their shoulder to the wheel in an improved second half display.
But the Louth outfit made the numbers count with two late scores.
Donnan’s 20-yard snap-shot made it 3-0 in the 63rd minute.
Then in the 84th minute, play was allowed continue despite what appeared to be a foul on away sub Ryan Higgins, with Mason Molyneaux scoring from the edge of the box.

Bray Wanderers: Elliot Homan; Jamie Lynch, Lewis Brady, Ryan Higgins, Senan Dutton; Alex Mernagh, Zac Lawlor; Cillian Walsh, Olivier Gnutek, Conor Cunningham; Kyle Jackson.

Subs: Dylan McGuinness, Daniel Howard, Nathan Roberts Byrne, Fionnan O'Snodaigh, Sean Goggin, Shane O'Dowd.

* The result means that Derry City lead the way at the top of the table on 12 points from four games. Finn Harps are second on nine points from three matches. Dundalk, Sligo Rovers and Bray are all on six points from four outings.
