Bohemians 3 Bray Wanderers 1

It proved third time unlucky for Bray as they suffered their first EA SPORTS U15 LOI Group B defeat of the season.

Despite taking the lead on Saturday morning at the Oscar Traynor Centre in Dublin, Wanderers went down 3-1 against Bohemians.

Having drawn with Shelbourne and UCD in their previous two outings, the young Seagulls went ahead – somewhat against the run of play in the 18th minute – when Cristiano Bramley ran onto ran onto to a through ball from Charlie Quinn to score at the near post.

Two quick scores in the second period saw the Gypsies take the lead with Sean Connell (36) and Victor Williams (39) found the net.

With the Green and White’s pushing for an equaliser late on, Bohs sealed victory through a debatable penalty in the last minute which Williams converted.
