On the 18 minute, M. O'Regan scored after an assist from a J. Roche free kick.
Bray Captain, Ava Clarke, was unlucky not to get a penalty on the 20th minute, when Ava Clarke and L Beresford collided in the box.
Then on the 22nd minute Waterford got as free kick and J Roche scored with a cracking free.
Bray pushed to get a goal back before half time, and with a couple of chances were unlucky not to score.
Bray went in 0-2 at half time.
The Bray ladies came out strong in the second half with shots from both Julie Baumann and Ava Clarke, but were well handled by Waterford goalie.
In the 67th minute, Bray’s Lauren Coburn received the ball down the left side, turned deftly inside and made a fantastic defence splitting pass in Ava Clarke, but stout defending from Waterford stopped Bray getting a shot off.
Bray continued to try and break down Waterford, and on the 90 minute, Ellie O'Brien passed the ball out wide right to Ava Clarke who crossed the ball into the box for Erin Flashman to score a great consolation goal.
