It was an historic day for the Bray Wanderers Walking Football team who played their first competitive games in the AUL National league over 60's competition. Shelbourne were the host club for today's group games in the AUL.

We opened our group games with a 1-0 win over Hartstown/Huntstown with Kevin Fitzgerald scoring the only goal from the penalty spot. We followed that victory with another 1-0 win over St. Patrick's Athletic with Michael Dwyer scoring the winner. We were defeated 1-0 by Shelbourne in our final game.

After today's series of games Shelbourne are top of the table with seven points from their three games. We are second on six points followed by St. Patrick's Athletic (3 points) and Hartstown/Hunstown (1 point).

The next series of games take place on May 16th when Harstown/Huntstown are the host club.
