Bray Wanderers Match Preview

League of Ireland First Division

Longford Town

Friday April 18, Carlisle Grounds

Kick-off 7.45pm

In the first match of the second round of the series of games in the 2025 season, Bray entertain Longford Town on Friday.
The fixture is the second of four home games in a row for the Wicklow club at the Carlisle Grounds in April.
It is also the first of two home matches in the space of just four days for the Green and White’s at the seaside venue with UCD to come on Monday.
“We’re only concentrating on Longford,” said First Team Coach Paul Heffernan.
“We went to watch them on Saturday against UCD. They’re well organised. They have some good players. It’s going to be a tough game. They are going to make it difficult for us. But we’ re on a good run at the moment. Our aim is to put on a good performance.”
He added “We need the same energy, and same tempo, like we did against Treaty if we’re going to get a result.”
