Bray Wanderers Match Preview

League of Ireland First Division

Cobh Ramblers

Friday August 8, 2025, Carlisle Grounds

Kick-off 7.45pm

Bray put their impressive home record in the First Division on the line when they host Cobh in a top of the table clash on Friday at the Carlilse Grounds.
Currently just two points separate the two clubs in the standings, with Wanderers in third and the Cork side occupying second place.
In what is the final game of the third series of matches, Wanderers’ First Team Coach Paul Heffernann said “There’s still a full round of fixtures after Cobh. So, there will be more twists and turns. But we definitely know the importance of Friday’s game.”
He went to stress “It’s a great test for us and one that the players will be really excited about. So, hopefully there’s a big crowd in the Carlisle to get behind the team.”
