Bray play their final match before the 2024 mid-season break by hosting Athlone Town on Thursday at the Carlisle Grounds. 
First Team coaches Lorcan Fitzgerald and Paul Heffernan will again take charge of team affairs. 
Just three points currently separate the two clubs in the table – with the Wicklow team in fifth position and the Westmeath side in third place. 
 
TEAM NEWS 
 
Goalkeeper Jimmy Corcoran, striker Ben Feeney as well as defenders Cole Omorehiomwan and Evan Osam are sidelined with injury. 
 
PREVIOUS MEETINGS IN 2024 
 
It’s honours even in the two previous meetings this season between the clubs. 
When the teams met at the start of April, Bray won 3-0 at the Carlisle Grounds. 
Shane Griffin’s first half goal was added by Paul Murphy and Peter Grogan in the second period. 
In the return fixture at the Athlone Town Stadium in May, the Midlanders won 2-1. Dean Ebbe scored twice before Paul Murphy pulled one back for the visitors.
