Bray Walking Wanderers took part in the inaugural League of Ireland Walking Football Festival at the National Sports Indoor Centre in Abbotstown in Dublin on Saturday.
The Veteran Seagulls took part on foot on an invitation from the FAI/ League of Ireland.
Nine League of Ireland clubs took part in what was a very enjoyable blitz.
Competition along with Bray were Athlone Town, Bohemians, Cork City, Sligo Rovers, Shamrock Rovers, Shelbourne, Waterford FC, and Wexford FC.
From their eight matches, Wanderers finished with a record of one win, four draws and three narrow defeats.
The competition was won by Shelbourne who went through the blitz unbeaten.
Mark Scanlon, League of Ireland Director, - who was impressed with the football on show - thanked all teams for their efforts.
And looked forward to having more League of Ireland teams taking part in the future.
