Bray Wanderers Match Preview
League of Ireland First Division
Cork City
Friday May 17, Carlisle Grounds
Kick-off 7.45pm
Bray will put their six-game unbeaten home run on the line when they host First Division leaders Cork at the Carlisle Grounds on Friday.
The Seagulls have won their last four home fixtures against Athlone Town, Treaty United, Kerry FC and Finn Harps while drawing their two previous ties with Longford Town and Cobh Ramblers.
14 points currently separate the two clubs in the table – with the Leesiders in pole position and the Wicklow side in fifth place.
Bray’s injury list remains big, with half a dozen players currently ruled out.
Captain Kilian Cantwell and top scorer Peter Grogan are on the side-lines along with goalkeeper Jimmy Corcoran, defender Cole Omorehiomwan, striker Ben Feeney and winger Callum Thompson.
When the teams met back in the middle of March, Cork won 2-0 at Turner’s Cross with goals by Sean Murray and Cathal O’Sullivan.
